Bonny Leibowitz proudly invites you to paint with wax at

the encaustic center

Our focus is sharing the beautiful art of painting with wax in all of its various forms.

The Encaustic Center offers beginner and intermediate workshops and studio workdays and assisted workdays along with special events such as demonstrations, shows, guest artists and supplies!

We offer a variety of ways to learn:

Full Beginner Workshops - all supplies included!
Beginner workshops are $100.00 and you will learn a full range of techniques
including collage, masking, texture, transfers and much more.

After a full beginner workshop you can come for Workdays where you will then be working
independently. All supplies included but you may choose to bring favorite papers or transfers, etc.
Come for a 3 hour half day for $25.00 or
Come for a full 6 hour workday for $50.00

After you have taken a beginner workshop you can take any Intermediate Workshop for $110.00, delving further into texture, monotypes, stencils, drawing, painting, and photography techniques to name a few.

We also offer Assisted Workdays for help on your work, choosing processes, techniques and developing imagery with step by step instruction. ($50 for 3 hours)
